About me
My Journey
My professional path began with a simple question: What are humans truly capable of? This curiosity led me to Sport Science, where I could explore the fascinating dimensions of human potential.
After my studies, I worked as both a Health Consultant and a coach in professional sports teams. These parallel careers taught me something crucial: exceptional performance requires holistic wellbeing. This insight inspired me to launch my Performance Coaching business in 2017, integrating these principles more deeply.
Over eight years of running my practice, I've become increasingly fascinated by how self-understanding unlocks potential. My approach evolved from focusing primarily on performance to exploring questions of identity, purpose, and fulfillment.
Completing a coaching certificate in Life Design was then a further pivotal moment—like finding a missing puzzle piece that showed me how to bring more of myself into my future and help others do the same. These principles added structured creativity to my coaching toolkit.
Today, my work integrates all these experiences—from the science of human performance to the wisdom gained through my own journey —as I guide others to design futures that honor both who they are today and who they're becoming tomorrow.
What Makes Me Different
My signature strengths—creativity, appreciation of beauty and excellence, social intelligence, perspective, and love of learning—inform every aspect of my work. I excel at spotting patterns, connecting seemingly unrelated concepts, and helping clients see possibilities they might otherwise miss. My clients describe me as a good listener, highly professional and well organized.
When I'm not coaching, you'll find me being active in nature, exploring new places with fresh eyes, improving my photography skills, reading, or tending to my garden. These pursuits continuously refresh my perspective and remind me that Life Design is both an art and a science—requiring constant curiosity, experimentation, and care.
